  1. Enjoyed having you present in our class this morning. Incidentally, I was inspired to pursue my dance degree from a woman who did her PhD dissertation in dance on the Chicago World’s Fair of 1892. Great topic and very engaging subject matter! Welcome to UCR!

      Hi Rachel,

Thank you for the kind words regarding Friday’s class! It was wonderful creating dialogue with you all. Yes, the body occupies a fascinating/controversial/loaded role in the world’s fairs — there’s a lot to explore in writing and movement. Thanks again!

  2. I stumbled upon your blog after seeing your two poems, “Scratching Jesus” and “I forget myself (I forget you)”. I look forward to reading more from you!
