30 Days/30 Poems begins tomorrow

Last year, I participated in National Poetry Month by writing a poem everyday in April, and it generated a lot of cool ideas and new poems.  This year, I plan on doing the same, and will post everyday in this here blog (no apologies or regrets, just poems or free-write tidbits).

I’m reading A Natural History of the Senses by Diane Ackerman, and want to write poems focusing on each sense.  I’ve also been writing Kundiman poems in the voice of the Aswang during the St. Louis World’s Fair — I plan to write more.  I’d like to explore form more.

Do you have any prompts/poetic forms/ideas that I should try?  Let me know!
